Unframed Prints: Dispatched within 1 to 5 working days.

Framed art, prints and posters: Please allow up to 12 working days. If you need your item quicker, please contact us. 

Important: Please note that framed art is delivered by courier on a signed for service between 9 and 5 on a weekday. We are unable to give a specific time, so please ensure when placing your order that you provide us with an address where someone will be available to sign for your package, or where it can be left safely. A work address is often ideal.

Please add any special delivery instructions to our 'Special Instructions' box at the checkout. Alternatively, please contact us to discuss delivery arrangements and we will be happy to help.

If you would prefer a Saturday or timed delivery, please contact us with your specifications. Special deliveries will be charged at agreed costs.

Refund policy:

We will offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery in the event of your being dissatisfied with your purchase in accordance with your statutory rights. Customers are responsible for all return charges and costs and for arranging return of items. Please retain our packaging and ensure products are safely packaged.
